Delete your Sea Roguelike account
In the game (immediate)
- Open Sea Roguelike while connected to the internet.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
The game starts over as for a new player.
Without the game
Email support@searoguelike.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include:
- your player name as shown in the game (for example "Captain 1234");
- the device you played on and roughly when you last played;
- if you linked it, whether you used Google Play Games or Game Center.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. We may ask for more details if we cannot find the account.
What is deleted
- Immediately: the game identifier of your device, links to Google Play Games or Game Center, your sessions, and all your game data: progress, items, currencies, voyages, transaction history and PvP fleets.
- Kept: the random account number, the date of deletion, and records of App Store purchases (transaction ID, product, date, refund status), so a purchase can never be credited twice. Players who already fought your fleet may keep a copy of it, with your generated player name, in their battle history, without any link to your account.
- Within 14 days: database backups that still contain the deleted data expire.
